We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery across Pakistan. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 5 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Please note that certain items, such as perfumes and cosmetics, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:
First, check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. Processing times can cause delays in posting refunds.

Sale Items:
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@storesome.pk
