All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events, so please allow additional time for your order to be fulfilled.

Delivery Timeframe
Once processed, orders typically take 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. While we make every effort to deliver your items on time, please note that unforeseen delays can occur due to external factors such as weather, customs, or courier issues.
Shipping Coverage
Currently, we deliver throughout Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding our delivery options to serve our international customers in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your order’s progress from shipment to delivery using this tracking information.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Storesome is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@storesome.pk, and we will do our best to make the necessary changes.
Undeliverable Packages
In the rare case that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you and arrange a re-delivery or refund based on your preference. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Returns + Exchanges
Delivery
We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery across Pakistan. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 5 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Please note that certain items, such as perfumes and cosmetics, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Credit Card or Original Method of Payment:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:
First, check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. Processing times can cause delays in posting refunds.

Sale Items:
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@storesome.pk
