To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Please note that certain items, such as perfumes and cosmetics, are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
